In order to return an item to us you must have prior authorization. You can receive a return authorization code by e-mailing us at email@example.com. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return and your return reason.
If you refuse a shipment from us, you will not be refunded unless you have prior authorization.
Items returned to us as undeliverable for any reason, customer service will contact you by e-mail to make any necessary arrangement. If the fault is not ours, a re-shipping charge may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse any return. We reserve the right not to issue a credit or refund if the item is opened, partially used, dirty or not in the same condition it was shipped.
